CV influences employers’ decision.
Thanks to the CV, the employer can learn the skills and experiences of the person.
CV is very effective in deciding whether a person is suitable for the job.
When the employer reads the CV, he learns a lot of information about the job applicant.
If the CV is well prepared, the employer knows the person well and we can make a good impression on the employer.
